SpinGather
Generic tools like Wheel of Names meant HR had to manually track and record every winner by hand — slow and error-prone for large staff gatherings.
A custom spin-wheel app that auto-confirms each winner, instantly logs them to Google Sheets, and sends a Telegram notification — zero manual tracking.
Used for a 110-person staff gathering (one spin per employee, so everyone won a prize) — HR walked away with a complete winner list and zero post-event reconciliation.
Learning Management Systems
Off-the-shelf LMS platforms were either a poor fit for the company's training needs or came with steep monthly subscription costs.
A custom LMS built from scratch — including offline training attendance forms — tailored exactly to how the company trains its staff.
Reduced reliance on in-person training sessions, letting staff complete modules at their own pace with automatically issued certificates.
